- Prospecting to fully apprehend markets and countries identities and specificities.
- Elaborating and building up consistent and exhaustive business concepts (models) adapted to market andcountry identities and specificities.
- Promoting business concepts (models) next to and (or) building win-win partnerships with local and international stakeholders.

For the mid-term, ITMD’s priority market is Africaand mainly the PALOP (Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa) zone
- Which is compounded of five (05) countries (Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau and Sao Tomé and Principe) and,
- Represents a total of around 42 million inhabitants.
