ITMD’s strategy is to play a Collaborative role by delivering “turnkey” Mobile Commerce business and following a well-proven modus operandi that we name through the acronym P.E.P.I.I.which means that in any targeted country, we undertake and fully manage all the following fundamental and decisive operations:

  • Prospecting to fully apprehend markets and countries identities and specificities.
  • Elaborating and building up consistent and exhaustive business concepts (models) adapted to market andcountry identities and specificities.
  • Promoting business concepts (models) next to and (or) building win-win partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
  • Investing by working out and participating in financial arrangements that always gather local investors and international financial institutions.
  • Implementing and rolling-out business models Strategy, monitoring activities and exploring potential areas of business development.

For the mid-term, ITMD’s priority market is Africaand mainly the PALOP (Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa) zone

  • Which is compounded of five (05) countries (Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau and Sao Tomé and Principe) and,
  • Represents a total of around 42 million inhabitants.
